November 2017 – Brightwater Homes was the proud recipient of three awards at Saturday’s 37th Annual OBIE Awards presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Brightwater won two Gold Awards: one for best building design in the $600,000 – $699,999 price range category for one of its Scandanvian-inspired single family designs at Serenbe and a second for best building design in the $700,000 to $799,999 model home category for the model home at Emerson in East Cobb (pictured above). The team was also recognized with a Silver Award for Best Building Design in the $700,000 to $799,999 price range category for a Tudor-inspired custom home also at Emerson.
Best Building Design entries for the OBIEs are judged onsite by a jury of homebuilding industry professionals with honors awarded based on exterior design, interior plan layout, special design features and overall appeal. Atlanta’s premier new home construction awards, the OBIEs include more than 100 building design, construction and remodeling achievement categories.
