Brightwater Wins Gold, Two Silvers at Atlanta’s Annual OBIE Awards
November 2016 – Brightwater Homes was the proud recipient of three awards at Saturday’s 36th Annual OBIE Awards presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Â Brightwater won a Gold Award for Best Building Design in the $800,000 to $899,999 price range category for a Nantucket-inspired farmhouse design in Milton, just north of Atlanta (pictured above).
The company was also recognized with two Silver Awards for Best Building Design: one in the $700,000 to $799,999 price range category for a custom home in Milton’s sought-after Highgrove neighborhood and another in the $800,000 to $899,999 price range category for a custom design-build client’s modern farmhouse, also in Milton.
Best Building Design entries for the OBIES are judged onsite by a jury of homebuilding industry professionals with honors awarded based on exterior design, interior plan layout, special design features and overall appeal. Atlanta’s premier new home construction awards, the OBIES include more than 100 building design, construction and remodeling achievement categories.
