Brightwater Welcomes Andy Anderson as Principal Architect

Award-winning residential firm Brightwater Homes is pleased to announce that Andy Anderson has joined the Brightwater team as Principal Architect. In his new role, Andy will act as the firm’s lead design Architect in developing the vision for new communities and creating conceptual residential home designs. He will oversee the firm’s architecture team as well as coordinating land planning, interiors and landscape architecture.

With more than 25 years of experience in the architectural field, Andy is accomplished in residential and commercial design with a track record of both design excellence and project leadership. Prior to joining the Brightwater team, Andy was Associate Principal at TreanorHL, a multi-faceted architectural firm with offices in Atlanta and across the U.S. Notable projects include the Ritz Carlton’s Oconee Clubhouse at Reynolds Plantation, Thompson Park Condominiums in Alpharetta, the Windward Community Center in Alpharetta and the Waterview Pub at Reynolds Plantation. He holds NCARB certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Andy is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and went on to attend graduate school, working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Architecture as well.
