Brightwater Celebrates 350th Home Closing

Award-winning residential firm Brightwater Homes was excited to celebrate the closing of its 350th new home! The milestone home was built in Brightwater’s sought-after Charleston area community, The Preserve at Pennys Creek on Johns Island, and is now home for eager new homeowners Jeff and Jennifer Joffray. Brightwater’s Charleston team, Brightwater founder Charlie Bostwick, and the Beach Residential team were all on hand to welcome Jeff and Jennifer home and celebrate the company landmark.

“The Preserve at Pennys Creek is a special place. Once you are here, you get it,” said Jeff and Jennifer. “The first night in my home, I felt for the first time in my life what luxury is,” continued Jennifer. “I never knew luxury was a feeling until I was in my home. I knew you could see luxury, now I know you can feel it inside of you too. To the entire staff at Brightwater, all I can say simply is thank you. We are eternally grateful for the care and attention to detail you all have taken with us, every single step of the way.”
