Brightwater Hosts Trade Partner Appreciation and Names Trade Partners of the Year for South Carolina

Brightwater Homes put its trade partners centerstage in May as it hosted a well-attended Trade Partner Appreciation Event for its Charleston-area partners at its Preserve at Pennys Creek community on Johns Island. Approximately 100 trade partners were on hand alongside the Brightwater team to celebrate a successful year and recognize the vital contribution of trade partners in achieving and maintaining the award-winning quality and industry-leading high performance for which Brightwater homes are known. Brightwater is currently building in several Charleston area communities including Daniel Island and The Preserve at Pennys Creek and expects to begin construction on its first homes at Kiawah River this summer.

Event attendees enjoyed a comfortable, low country style gathering outdoors in the marshside community with food provided by popular Charleston food truck The Wedge. In addition to extending gratitude for the past year’s hard work to all of its trade partners, Brightwater also honored a handful of partners as Trade Partners of the Year for South Carolina:
