Green Building: A Commitment to Sustainability

Brightwater is committed to building healthier, more efficient new homes responsibly and with true respect for the environment. Born out of the uniquely personal commitment of Founding Partner Charlie Bostwick, an avid outdoorsman and environmental advocate, Brightwater Homes itself was designed from the beginning to be a company where sustainability and environmental responsibility are daily priorities.

Today, it’s a passion that the entire Brightwater team shares in its mission to be good stewards of the land and its resources – planning thoughtfully, designing sustainably and building responsibly. From coordinating site plant rescues through the Georgia Native Plant Association to the selection of high efficiency and green products and components, this commitment is demonstrated daily in every neighborhood and every home Brightwater builds.
