Brightwater Promotes Brian Hester to Operations Leadership Team

Award-winning residential firm Brightwater Homes has announced the promotion of Brian Hester to Field Operations Manager. In his new role, Brian will supervise and direct all aspects of the construction and warranty process for Brightwater Homes including leading construction management and building teams to ensure the highest standards are met for quality control and assurance. He will also drive training, best practices and performance tracking of the firm’s construction team.

An accomplished and experienced homebuilding industry veteran, Brian first joined Brightwater as Atlanta Area Construction Manager in 2023. He has worked in the residential home building industry since 2007 as a builder, project manager and construction manager and brings to his new role a strong track record of both team leadership and quality assurance. Brian also holds a Georgia Residential and Light Commercial contractor license. He is a resident of Woodstock along with his wife and son.
